The IRgA is 'LinkedIn'
For those of you who are involved in the world of social networking, the IRgA has established a Group Profile of the association on LinkedIn (www.LinkedIn.com). Go to Groups and search for the IRgA. This is a good way to stay connected with the IRgA and your fellow colleagues throughout the year – and become connected with others within the reprographics industry to deepen your network.
LinkedIn is a business-oriented social network used by more than 40 million professionals to strengthen and extend their existing network of trusted contacts. Social networks like LinkedIn exist to build online communities of people who share interests and/or activities, or who are interested in exploring the interests and activities of others.
Use the IRgA group to ask questions, post responses to questions from others and stay connected. For example, a recent search of the word “reprographic” brings up 740 people who are connected to the reprographics industry – not bad for a relatively new networking resource! Try out the IRgA group site and let me know your thoughts. You can e-mail me at SBova@IRgA.com. |

Convention Coverage: Navigate Your Sales with SalesMap
|
Why is it we spend so much time figuring out how to process an order but we spend so little time figuring out how to get that order? Contrary to popular belief, sales do not just happen. A sale is the result of a systematic organized process. There’s a good chance that you have the ability right now to define your current sales process (good or bad) and then add best practices you learn over time. READ MORE |

IRgA Continue Its High-Impact Webinar Series
|
The IRgA has scheduled two Webinars for June and July.
“Leverage Intelligent BIM to Stay Ahead of the Curve” will be presented by KP Reddy Wednesday, June 17, at 11 a.m. - noon (Central Time). If you missed the 2009 IRgA Convention & Trade Show or were simply unable to attend this valuable session, take advantage of this second chance to hear one of this year’s most popular presentations with Reddy, President of RCMS.
The IRgA’s next Webinar — "The 3D Printing Panel Webinar" — will be Wednesday, July 8, at 11 a.m. -- noon (Central Time).3D modeling is a fairly new service for the reprographics industry, yet one that reprographics customers have been using for decades. The evolution of model creation from an expensive, laborious, hand-crafted process into a rapid, accurate and cost-effective service has created an opportunity for new revenue streams and exciting new services for reprographers to offer their customers.
